One-on-one and private sessions offer the client the opportunity to focus on a specific area or challenge in a life training setting under the direct guidance of their trainer. The trainer is able to demonstrate, observe, and assist with corrections or advice in real time. These sessions can augment existing exercise programs or focus on owner areas entirely as the client chooses. Sessions may include yoga, weights, calisthenics, or any combination thereof to suit the individual client's needs.
