Meet your trainer

I am a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and US Army veteran, with a PhD in Developmental Psychology and Neuroscience. My experience as a chronic pain researcher and martial arts coach brings a unique blend of expertise to my personal training practice, allowing me to create effective, individualized fitness programs that help my clients reach their full potential. With a deep understanding of human movement and the mind-body connection, I’m able to tailor programs that work within each client’s individual strengths and limitations, ensuring that they not only achieve their fitness goals but also improve their overall quality of life. I’m passionate about empowering others to push past challenges compassionately and succeed in their fitness and wellness journey.
